Resource RegistryAccess in pulumi-portainer.

Pulumi type: `portainer:index/registryAccess:RegistryAccess`.

## Arguments

| `userId`           | `number` | no       | Identifier of the user granted access to the registry. Mutually exclusive with `teamId`. |
